An 8-week therapy package at Thrive Together Psychotherapy starts at £120 per 50-minute session. However, the total cost may vary/reduce depending on the specific package and frequency of sessions chosen to best support your needs. Please feel free to reach out to discuss the options that may work best for you.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide the correct amount of notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

Additionally, clients opting for multiple sessions per week benefit from a reduced rate of £100 per session.
